Benefits of CAMFEBA Membership
Upon becoming the member of CAMFEBA, your organization has the access to enjoy an extensive range of our services as listed below:
HR and Labour Practice consultancy:
We provide members consultation on issues relating to HR and Labor Law implementation such as labor contract enforcement, leaves, wages calculations, trade union, collective agreement, the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) etc. Members can access this service through telephone call, email and face-to-face meeting with our experts.
Besides, we also represent members to settle their labor disputes at the enterprise, ministry and Arbitration Council, and the court level.
We keep members updated on the new laws and regulations related to labor and advise them how those laws affect their business and how they should implement them. Through this service, members will not be difficult to look for those laws and regulations as CAMFEBA will circulate them immediately after they were adopted. CAMFEBA also acts as the Document Center of all labor-related laws and regulations. On the other hand, we also keep our members informed on any other national and regional policies that affect their business so that they know what is going on in the business society.
Training and Development:
We provide intermediate and advance professional training courses on labor law-related topics, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Sales & Marketing, Customer Services, Management & Leadership, Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) etc. We have customized and public training available for members’ selection. In order to help members build network with one another, CAMFEBA has established the HR Club in 2005 and the CAMFEBA-NICC Alumni Network (CAMNICA) in 2009. The HR Club currently has over 100 members who are HR practitioners from various companies and organizations that are members of CAMFEBA. The Club meets regularly once every two months to discuss/share any particular issues relating to HR management and labor law that are of interest of members. Only HR practitioners from members of CAMFEBA are eligible to be a member of this Club. On the other hand, CAMNICA is another networking forum for former participants of the training programme in Japan under the collaboration between CAMFEBA and the Nippon-Keidanren International Cooperation Center (NICC) as well as the Association for Oversea Technical Scholarship (AOTS).
Besides, CAMFEBA also provides the opportunity to members to join many national workshops/trainings organized by the Royal Government and the ILO.
