The collaboration between CAMFEBA and the Nippon-Keidanren International Cooperation Center (NICC) has come to exist since 2003 after CAMFEBA became a member of the Confederation of Asia- Pacific Employers (CAPE). Since then, CAMFEBA and her members have been enjoying the supports from NICC in the area of Human Resources development. Even though, NICC have disbaded in March 2010, but we still recieved thesse Oversea trainings under the full support from The Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS). CAMFEBA membership comprises of 3 categories; the Individual Members, the Association Members and the Associate Members. As of April 2013, CAMFEBA has 197 individual companies as Ordinary Members, 6 Business Associations as Association Members, and 19 non-profit organizations as Associate Members. Collectively, CAMFEBA represents over 2000 businesses, unionized and non-unionized. Members of CAMFEBA include small and medium enterprises, multinational companies as well as major Business Associations. We represent members in all sectors across the countries. The CAMFEBA HR Club is the first club of HR practitioners ever established in Cambodia. It is the forum for HR practitioners to meet, build professional network and exchange their practical experiences on HR and labor-related matters. With the financial support from the Norwegian Government under the Social Dialogue programme, CAMFEBA started to implement the Youth Employment and Social Dialogue project (YEP) in 2007 aiming to promote the employment and improve the income opportunities for youth in Cambodia through addressing the issue of skill mismatch.  (read more.....)

Technically and financially supported by ILO IPEC, CAMFEBA has implemented a child labour project aiming at mobilizing employers to eliminate child labour in Cambodia, focusing on the worst forms of child labour.  A dedicated group of private sector representatives and Child Labour Focal Persons were created and trained and have been an active and effective mechanism in disseminating information and knowledge on the worst forms of child labour. (read more.....)
