Customer satisfaction is a marketing term that measures how products or services supplied by a company meet or surpass a customer’s expectation. Based on the survey of nearly 200 senior marketing managers of international consulting company, 71 % responded that they found a customer satisfaction metric very useful in managing and monitoring their businesses.Having seen this attribution is significant for our members and their business, CAMmanet Club is pleased to host our 4th meeting on topic above and would like invite all marketing & sales practitioners and business owner to join the event.
